Box Score TROY, Ala. - University of Denver sophomore guard Chase Hallam (Mesquite, Texas) had 14 points and seven rebounds, but Troy prevailed 64-55 at Sartain Hall on Saturday night.
"We took away their threes, and as we did that, we made it into a one-on-one game and their players were better offensively than we were defensively in those situations. Give them credit for that. We must get better at our one-on-one defense," head coach Joe Scott said. "I'm looking forward to going back home to have some good practices to get ready for Thursday night."
