The Phoenix reached the Postseason Tournament but were eliminated by Bradley after a 75-69 loss in the First Round.

Although Pepperdine lost its top two scorers from last season, sophomore forward Stacy Davis, senior guard Nikolas Skouen and sophomore forward Jett Raines will be waiting in the wings to carry the Waves this year after scoring nearly 41.2 percent of Pepperdine’s points last season.

The WCC has yet to release a preseason poll for the 2013-14 men’s basketball season. However, predicted that Pepperdine would finish ninth in the conference.
