No. 35 UNLV Blanks Denver, 7-0

LAS VEGAS, Nev. - No. 35 UNLV improved to 5-1 with a 7-0 win over Denver in women's tennis action this afternoon at Fertitta Tennis Complex in Las Vegas.

UNLV claimed the doubles point by winning two of three matches, and won all six singles matches.

Freshman Elena Najera (San Diego, Calif.) and sophomore Emma Isberg (Tyreso, Sweden) defeated Lucia Batta and Anna Maskaljun 8-1 at No. 2 singles for DU's lone win of the match.

The Pioneers (3-4) play Wichita State on Saturday, Feb. 19 at 10 a.m. MT.
