Week Day Customer Service 
The ticket window at the West Box Office is open from 9am to 5pm Monday-Friday
 
Game Day Box Office Hours 
The box office opens two (2) hours prior to all hockey games.
The box office will be open 90 minutes prior to the start of all other ticketed events.
 
Return and Refund Policy
Applies ONLY to tickets purchased directly from University of Denver.
In accordance with Colorado HB 24-1378, University of Denver guarantees that a full refund of the ticket price under the following circumstances:

1. The event is canceled;
2. The ticket does not or would not in fact grant the purchaser admission to the event, except if non-admission to the event is due to an act or omission by the purchaser;
3. The ticket purchased is counterfeit; or
4. The ticket purchased fails to reasonably conform to its description as advertised or as represented to the purchaser.

Refunds will not be issued for any other reason.

No Exchanges.

Delivery Methods
To provide the safest and fastest experience for our fans, Mobile Ticket Delivery is the primary method of delivery. 
Mobile Ticket Delivery – will allow patrons to enter the venue via their mobile device instead of a paper ticket.  Please make sure to have your ticket pulled up on your phone upon arrival.  Tickets should be added to your Google Pay or Apple Wallet
 
Lost Ticket/Reprint Policy
Any tickets that are lost or not in your possession and need to be reissued must be requested through the box office.  Only the person whose name is on the account can request replacement.  There is a $5 fee to reprint event tickets.

Accessible Seating
ADA seating is available at all venues.  Tickets are sold in pairs in ADA locations, one (1) for the person in need of accessible seating and one (1) for a companion.  Seating is limited, and it is sold on a first come, first serve basis.  To inquire about purchasing or exchanging into accessible seats please contact our main ticket office at 303.871.4625.
 
Order Limitation
Orders or combinations of orders by the same person, account, address and/or credit card in excess of order limitations for one event may be cancelled without notice.  This includes tickets ordered through presales.  Service charges or other fees associate with costs incurred are non-refundable.
 
Privacy Statement
It is the policy of University of Denver that individually identifiable information obtained from internet credit card transactions will not be sold, traded or rented to third parties.  Aggregate or summary information that does not contain personally identifying information may be shared, however.
 
POST SEASON TICKET POLICY
 
TRAVELING TO NCAA POST-SEASON
When traveling for NCAA post-season, Denver Athletics is allocated a pre-determined quantity of tickets for distribution.  After team, coaches and staff needs, order for distribution location and allotment is as follows:
  1. Current donors to Denver Athletics
    1. Gold Standard members 
    2. CHAMPIONS ($10,000+), ALL-AMERICAN ($5,000-$9,999)
    3. ALL-CONFERENCE ($2,500-$4,999), MVP ($1,250-$2,499)
    4. GOLD ($350-$1,249), CRIMSON ($250-$349)
  2. Current Season Ticket Holders
  3. General Public
 
HOSTING NCAA POST-SEASON: DU VENUE
When hosting NCAA post-season, Denver Athletics will allocate distribution of tickets after team, coaches, staff, and NCAA needs in the following order:
  1. Current Season Ticket Holders: Right-of-first-refusal up to the number of seats held for the year.  May request additional tickets beyond number of seats held for the year.
  2. Current donors to Denver Athletics
    1. Gold Standard members 
    2. CHAMPIONS ($10,000+), ALL-AMERICAN ($5,000-$9,999)
    3. ALL-CONFERENCE ($2,500-$4,999), MVP ($1,250-$2,499)
    4. GOLD ($350-$1,249), CRIMSON ($250-$349)
  3. General Public

HOSTING NCAA POST-SEASON: NEUTRAL VENUE
ie. Frozen Four, 2024 NCAA West Regional at Budweiser Events Center, Loveland, CO.
The NCAA allowed Denver Athletics an opportunity to host a pre-sale for Denver hockey donors and season ticket holders.  Order for ticket availability and purchasing is as follows:
  1. Current donors to Denver Athletics
    1. Gold Standard members 
    2. CHAMPIONS ($10,000+), ALL-AMERICAN ($5,000-$9,999)
    3. ALL-CONFERENCE ($2,500-$4,999), MVP ($1,250-$2,499)
    4. GOLD ($350-$1,249), CRIMSON ($250-$349)
  2. Current Season Ticket Holders.
  3. General Public
