ORDERING INFORMATION:
There are a limited number of messages available for each game, so order your message today.
MESSAGE DISPLAY:
Video board messages will appear during pregame and first intermission/halftime and will be displayed for 3-5 seconds accompanied by an announcement.
ORDERING DEADLINES:
Video board message requests must be submitted no later than 72 hours in advance of game day. Other restrictions may apply
MESSAGE CONTENT:
The University of Denver reserves the right to edit any message if necessary. Messages that are obscene, offensive, include foul language or refer to any other school, organization or other entity will not be accepted. Additionally, messages may not include the name of any student-athlete. The message cannot be used for commercial purposes, however, you may welcome a group or company who is attending the game.
Be sure to confirm the spelling and language of your message is correct upon submission. Any edits to your message must be submitted within 72 hours upon receiving the confirmation email (if applicable).
MESSAGE LENGTH:
Messages should be 40 characters or less including spaces and punctuation. Your message will be displayed in ALL CAPS.
AVAILABLE DATES:
If you do not see the game listed, you have missed the deadline to order or all of the available messages have been sold. Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received and will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
VIDEO BOARD MESSAGE RENDERINGS:
Video board messages will be provided after the conclusion of your game upon written request.
REFUNDS:
There are no refunds for video board messages. If your game is rescheduled, the message will be played during the make-up game.
