DENVER - University of Denver men's lacrosse season tickets for the 2015 season are close to being sold out, the DU ticket office announced on Tuesday. The Pioneers March 7 game against Notre Dame is sold out, and the only way for fans to attend is through the purchase of season tickets. To purchase season tickets, contact the DU ticket office (303-871-2336).
Individual game tickets for this weekend's Frontier Faceoff Classic as well as Gold Club season tickets are still available for purchase.
The Lacrosse Gold Club is an opportunity for DU Lacrosse season ticket holders to enjoy an exclusive club-level type atmosphere for all home games. Gold Club members will receive a complimentary meal, game notes and a full cash bar at every game. For more information on the gold club, click here.
Individual game tickets for the Frontier Airlines Faceoff Classic (Feb. 21 and 22), Georgetown (March 28), Villanova (April 3) and Providence (April 18) are still available for purchase, however a limited amount of tickets remain for the three BIG EAST contests.
Single-game tickets range from $12-18. Children, ages two and under, are free and can only sit on a lap. DU students' admission is free with a valid Pioneer Card. For groups of 20 or more, tickets for the five remaining games (excluding Notre Dame) are available for a discounted price. To purchase tickets, fans can do so in person at the Daniel L. Ritchie Center Box Office, online at DenverPioneers.com/Tickets or at 303-871-2336.
Peter Barton Lacrosse Stadium has sold out 18 times since opening in the 2005 campaign, including five out of eight games in the 2014 campaign.
Tickets are on sale now for the 2015 NCAA Quarterfinals at Sports Authority Field at Mile High. Fans can purchase tickets for the quarterfinal games at the link here.
[1/1]Denver will open the home portion of its schedule on Saturday Feb. 21 and Sunday Feb. 22 in the 2015 Frontier Airlines Faceoff Classic. DU will host Air Force on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. MT (Pioneer Vision) and Furman on Sunday at 1:30 p.m. MT (Altitude).
