"This was a tough week for us," head coach Erik Billinger said at the conclusion of play on Tuesday. "It was a good learning experience for us to get exposed by the style of play that requires you to hit different types of shots as well as by the difficult weather conditions of the Pacific Northwest. I am proud of Michael for stepping up this week and playing tough and focused golf. I also saw some positive things from other members of the team but, on the whole, we need to get better. We now look forward to Phoenix next week where we host a quality field on a course we are familiar with."

Denver will next compete in the 2016 Desert Shootout at Palm Valley GC in the Valley of the Sun during the third week of March. The Pioneers' complete schedule can be viewed HERE.
