
Pioneers Close Out 2018 NCAA Championships

COLUMBUS, Ohio - University of Denver women's swimmers Bailey Andison (Smits Falls, Ontario) and Morgan McCormick (Golden, Colo.) concluded their 2018 NCAA Championship appearances with swims in the 200 breast and 200 back, respectively, on Saturday morning at the McCorkle Aquatic Center Pavilion.
Denver's women entered Saturday morning in 26th place, and finished 31st at the 2018 Championships.
McCormick swam in the 200 back prelims, the first event of Saturday morning, finishing 35th with a time of 1:54.91. McCormick's Saturday swim was the 10th and final NCAA race of her collegiate career.
Andison recorded a 49th place finish in the 200 breast, clocking in at 2:13.09 in her final collegiate race of the 2017-18 season. Earlier in the Championships, the Denver junior earned a pair of All-America honors for the third-consecutive NCAA meet.
