
Denver Defeats Marshall, 5-2

LAS VEGAS - The University of Denver's women's tennis team improved to 10-4 this season after defeating Marshall, 5-2 on Friday.
The Pioneers earned singles' victories from Bianca Mok, Hada Chang and Arisha Ladhani in Las Vegas to take down the Herd.
At two singles, Mok chalked up the win against Maddie Silver, 6-0, 6-3. At three singles, Chang scored a 6-4, 6-2 win against Marija Bogicevic.
Finally at five singles, Ladhani didn't drop a single set to Ana Marhuenda (6-0, 6-0).
In doubles play, Camille Verden-Anderson and Mok won 6-1 over MU's Bogicevic and Anna Smith at two doubles. Denver scored the doubles point thanks to a walkover at three doubles.
The Crimson and Gold finish play in Vegas tomorrow, when they face UNLV.
