Alumni Report: Pioneers in the Pros

Around the NHL

Paul Stastny (Vegas Golden Knights)
After being sidelined with an injury for more than two months, Stastny has returned to produce for the Golden Knights. The veteran has five goals and four assists in 13 games, as well as three goals and three assists in his last four games

Trevor Moore (Toronto Maple Leafs)
Moore was recalled to the Maple Leafs on Jan. 2 after logging an assist in his NHL debut against the Detroit Red Wings on Dec. 23, then adding another helper in his next game against the Columbus Blue Jackets. Moore has five goals and two assists in his last five games and 24 points through 27 games for the Marlies

Henrik Borgstrom (Florida Panthers)
Borgstrom earned a call up to the Panthers after recording five goals and 17 assists in 24 games with the Thunderbirds in the AHL. Since the call up, Borgstrom has three goals and one assist in eight games for the Panthers

Logan O'Connor (Colorado Avalanche)
O'Connor logged 5:51 in his NHL debut against the Los Angeles Kings. He had nine points and seven assists through 30 games with the Colorado Eagles (AHL)

Will Butcher (New Jersey Devils)
Through 37 games, Butcher has two goals and 10 assists averaging close to 19:00 of time on ice per game. He has two assists in his last five games

Danton Heinen (Boston Bruins)
Heinen continues to move around the lineup for the Bruins with four goals and six assists through 38 games

Jason Zucker (Minnesota Wild)
Zucker scored his 10th of the season in late December, entering 2019 with 10 goals and 10 assists

Scott Mayfield (New York Islanders)
The 6'5," 223-pound defenseman continues his best NHL season to date with 13 points through 36 games

Tyler Bozak (St. Louis Blues)
Since mid-December, Bozak has two goals and three assists in eight games. He has five goals and 11 assists through 37 games

Around the AHL

Chris Butler (San Antonio Rampage)
Butler played 10 games with the St. Louis Blues before getting reassigned to the Rampage on Wednesday where he has 10 points through 23 games

Matt Donovan (Milwaukee Admirals)
Donovan continues to guide Admirals defensemen with 10 goals and 10 assists through 34 games

Troy Terry (San Diego Gulls)
Terry is on a nine-game point streak with four goals and eight assists. He has at least one point in 22 of 26 AHL games, leading the Gulls with 31 points

Dylan Gambrell (San Jose Barracuda)
Gambrell paces Barracuda rookies with eight goals and 11 assists through 22 games. He is on a five-game point streak with two goals and three assists
 
Joey Laleggia (San Antonio Rampage)
Laleggia recently came off a four-game point streak. His 13 points through 31 games ranks 2nd among Rampage defensemen

Matt Marcinew (Springfield Thunderbirds)
Marcinew earned a call up to the Falcons after registering 22 points in 25 games for the Manchester Monarchs (ECHL). He has one goal and two assists through seven games with the Thunderbirds
 
Other Notes
-Tariq Hammond (Binghamton Devils) has one assist through 15 games
-Dakota Mermis (Tucson Roadrunners) has one goal and nine assists in 24 games. He has played one game for the Phoenix Coyotes this season
-Blake Hillman (Rockford Ice Hogs) has become a consistent defenseman for the IceHogs with one assist through 24 games, the second-most games played among Rockford rookie blue liners
-Josiah Didier (Charlotte Checkers) has two points through 12 games this season
-Adam Plant (Laval Rocket) has one assist through nine games
