DENVER – The University of Denver women's swimming and diving program earned its second dual victory of the weekend, this time defeating Colorado Mesa 218-80 on Saturday evening at El Pomar Natatorium.
Denver's women had 12 different swimmers earn event wins on Saturday, led by three wins from
Natalie Arky (Highlands Ranch, Colo.) and
Josie Valette (Boulder, Colo.). In addition to Arky's two individual victories,
Andi Johnston (Fort Collins, Colo.),
Charlotte Simon (Saint Remy, France) and
Kylie Cronin (Marblehead, Mass.) earned a pair of individual event wins as well.
The Pioneers won 15 of the 16 events on Saturday, the 14 swimming races and the 3-meter dive, which was won by
Sammy Walker (Los Gatos, Calif.).
