DENVER - The No. 37 Denver Pioneers women's tennis team (12-4, 0-0) beat Wyoming 7-0 on Wednesday on the outdoor courts at the Denver Tennis Park, securing its fifth straight win.
Denver started the afternoon with the doubles point as No. 69

Hada Chang won 6-1 at #1 and
Camille Verden-Anderson/
Anna Riedmiller won 6-3 at #2. The Pioneers continued to take the match with ease.
Britt Pursell won 6-1, 6-2 at #3,
Tatum Burger won 6-0, 6-3 at #4 and
Hada Chang won 6-1, 6-0 at #5 to clinch the match.
Taylor Melville went the distance in the second set at #1, emerging with a 6-3, 7-6 win for her eighth straight victory.
Alessia Truden won on the last court, #6, 7-5, 2-6, 1-0 (10--3).
The Pioneers look ahead to a 16-day break before returning to action against SMU on Friday, March 27. Denver will close it's regular season with four straight Summit League matches.
