DENVER – The University of Denver Division of Athletics and Recreation has announced its refund policy, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, a season ticket renewal deadline extension and its plan to implement mobile ticketing for the 2020-21 season, providing a contactless way to skip the will call lines and get right to the gate.
 
Refund Policy:
Option 1: Convert your ticket payment into a 100% tax-deductible donation
Option 2: Receive 110% credit towards a 2021-22 hockey season ticket plan
Option 3: Receive a full refund for any cancelled events.
Note: Pioneer Athletic Fund donations and ticketing fees are not refundable
 
Extended Renewal Deadline:
To provide more flexibility to season ticket holders, the renewal deadline for DU Hockey has been extended to Friday, July 10. Season ticket holders are encouraged to contact their DU Athletics representative or the DU Ticket Office at 303-871-4625 with any questions or concerns. 
 
Due to the range of possible scenarios for the 2020-21 athletics season, we are unable to answer some out-standing questions at this time. Any changes to the schedule will be promptly and thoroughly communicated when they are confirmed.
 
The Division of Athletics and Recreation thanks you for your support of our student-athletes, and your patience as we work through these scenarios in hopes of seeing you in Magness Arena this season. We look forward to welcoming sports fans back to campus and are committed to moving forward responsibly.   
 
Mobile Ticketing:
With the current state of the COVID-19 pandemic, the introduction of mobile ticketing provides a contactless entry into venues, giving fans the opportunity to transfer tickets to friends and family electronically while providing an extra layer of security against fraudulent tickets. Reserved parking passes will be delivered separately from the tickets.
 

 
As part of this move to mobile, we will not print custom season ticket books as we have in the past, and encourage fans to try mobile ticketing this season. If you continue to have your tickets printed, we will transition to basic ticket stock that will be shipped directly to you at the mailing address we have on file for an additional fee. If you are ready to transition to Mobile Tickets, click here to select that option.
