MINTURN, COLO. – The University of Denver skiing team posted 119 points on Friday in the 5/7.5K Freestyle at the Denver Invitational. The season-high day in points pushed the Pioneers into sixth place for the four-day event.
Significant Stats:

Bernhard Flaschberger led the way again on the men's side, placing fifth to score 25 points in the 7.5K freestyle.

Borgar Norrud recorded 19 points with a 14th-place finish in the event.

Jimmy Colfer chipped in with 16 points.
- On the women's side,
Vera Norli placed 10th to generate 22 points for DU.

Emma Larsson added 17 points.

Gracie Shanley contributed with 16 points.
- Denver sits sixth with 190 points while Utah leads at 490.
