MINTURN, COLO. – The University of Denver skiing team posted another 117 points in the final events of the 2021 Denver Invitational on Saturday to finish sixth in the competition with 307 points.

Significant Stats:

• Vera Norli led the way for the Denver women, taking 27 points with a sixth place finish, over 30 seconds inside the top-10.
• Bernhard Flaschberger earned his second top-10 finish in as many days, taking ninth to earn 22 points.
• Borgar Norrud (14^th – 18 points) and Ole Marius Kirkeng (18^th – 17 points) rounded out the men's scoring for Denver, while Emma Larsson (21^st – 17) and Gracie Shanley (23^rd – 16) closed out the scoring for the Pioneer women.

Denver's Nordic skiers will be back in action on February 5^th to resume the 2021 Spencer James Nelson Colorado Memorial Invitational.
