DENVER – Emerita chair of the board and leader who impacted the University of Denver Division of Athletics and Recreation in a myriad of ways, Joy Burns, will be featured on Rocky Mountain PBS Thursday at 7:30 p.m. MT in a life story entitled A True Pioneer for Excellence. The 30-minute feature is part of the docu-series "Great Colorado Women" that airs Thursdays.
 
The feature is also set to air on January 21 at 12:30 a.m. MT and February 20 at 10:30 a.m. MT.
