Denver Resumes League Play with Trip to North Dakota State

The Pioneers will play their seventh-consecutive Division I opponent on the road on Thursday

DENVER  – The University of Denver women's basketball team will play its first game since a trip to St. Thomas on December 22, when the Pioneers head to North Dakota State this weekend to resume Summit League play.

Who: Denver (5-8, 0-2 Summit) at North Dakota State (5-8, 1-2 Summit)
What: Game 14 of the 2021-22 Season
Where: Scheels Center (Fargo, N.D.)
When: January 6, 2022 – 7 p.m. CT/6 p.m. MT
 
Last Time Out:
In the first meeting between the two programs, the Pioneers dropped a Summit League clash 56-48 at St. Thomas on December 22. Uju Ezeudu tied the game-high with 17 points to go with five points, three steals and two blocks in the Pios loss. FULL RECAP
 
Series History:
Denver is 11-9 in the first 20 meetings between the two programs, but have dropped four of the last five following a five-game winning streak in the series for the Pioneers. Denver is 10-6 in Summit League regular season games against North Dakota State, and is 4-6 in Fargo.
