BOULDER – The University of Denver Men's Golf team closed out the Mark Simpson Colorado Invitational on Tuesday, finishing 11th. The Pioneers posted a team score of 855 (15-over) to wrap up the tournament.

- Wyoming held on to take home the team title at 2-under, one shot ahead of host Colorado.
- Brady McKay of Utah Valley earned individual medalist honors at 7-under.
Inside the Round for the Pioneers:

Carson Griggs, coming off his first collegiate win, was DU's top finisher, tying for 14th at 1-over through 54 holes.

Esteban Missura and
Matt Spaulding tied for at 4-over for the two-day event.

Jack Dozer tied for 59th at 9-over.

John Williams tied for 67th.

Ben Soicher and
Palmer Valdez, each competing as individuals, tied for 82nd.
