DENVER – The [12/12] University of Denver men's lacrosse program, presented by Your Hometown Toyota Stores, will open its 2022 home slate on Saturday when the Pioneers welcome Air Force to Peter Barton Lacrosse Stadium. Faceoff is set for 12 p.m. MT.

DI Series History vs. Air Force
The Pioneers are 23-2 against the Falcons in their Division I history, a series that includes five one-goal games (DU 4-1). Denver and Air Force were conference foes in both the GWLL (1999-09) and the ECAC (2010-13). DU and AFA have met in the NCAA Tournament once, a 17-10 Denver win on its way back to Championship Weekend in 2017.

Last season's meeting originally scheduled to be played at Peter Barton Lacrosse Stadium was moved indoors to the Academy at the Holaday Athletic Center. Graduate students

Jackson Morrill combined for 13 points to carry 10
th-ranked Denver past Air Force 15-6.
