PHOENIX – The University of Denver women's golf team closed out the Ping/ASU Invitational on Sunday, finishing 12th as a team. The Pioneers wrapped up the tournament with a three-day score at 890 (26-over).

- Host No. 8 Arizona State separated itself from the field, taking home the title at 25-under, 17\0 strokes ahead of No. 2 Oregon.
- The Sun Devils' Alexandra Forsterling took home individual medalist honors at 9-under.
- The 16-team field features 12 teams ranked in the top 50 in the most recent Golfstat rankings.
Inside the Round for the Pioneers:

Alyson Bean continued her consistent play, firing a final day score of 71 to finish at 1-under, good for a tie for 15th.

Anna Zanusso ended her three-day tournament tied for 39th at 4-over.
- Clara Getstdottir closed out her round tied for 62nd at 13-over.

Anna Krekling placed 66th at 14-over.

Katarina Drocarova wrapped up her round tied for 70th.
