COLORADO SPRINGS – The University of Denver men's golf team finished up the second round of the Gene Miranda Invitational on Saturday. The Pioneers battled tough conditions to close out the day in a tie for 11th at 12-over as a team through two rounds.

Significant Stats:
- Colorado State leads the 24-team field at 13-under through two rounds of action, a five-stroke lead over San Jose State.
- Davis Bryant of the Rams continued to stay atop the leader board at 9-under heading into Sunday.
Inside the Round for the Pioneers:

Esteban Missura finished up his day tied for 11th at 2-under. The native of Ecuador shot a 1-over 73 on Saturday.

Carson Griggs made a nice jump up into a tie for 32nd after firing a 70 on day two, putting his total at 146 (2-over).

John Williams ended his round tied for 66th at 5-over.
- Alexander Gibalevich wrapped up his second round tied for 78th with fellow teammate
Brady Arnett.
