SANTIAGO, Chile – University of Denver women's swimming senior Ines Marin completed her three-event appearance in the 2023 Pan American Games in Chile on Tuesday.
 
Marin opened up the meet in her hometown with an 11^th place finish in the 200m freestyle, clocking in at 2:03.33. The Denver senior backed that up with another 11^th place finish the following day in the 100m free. Marin closed out her meet on Tuesday with a 26.57 in the 50m sprint, good for 20^th at the championships.
 
Marin's 2023 Pan American Games Results:

• 11^th in the 200m freestyle – 2:03.33
• 11^th in the 100m freestyle – 57.03
• 20^th in the 50m freestyle – 26.57

UP NEXT: Denver's women's program heads to Colorado State next weekend for another Friday evening meet (4 p.m.), while the Denver men host an intrasquad inside El Pomar on Saturday, October 28, at 7:45 a.m. MT.
