DENVER  – The University of Denver women's basketball program received academic recognition from the coaches association on Tuesday, finishing with a 3.483 team GPA in 2022-23 to earn special mention on this year's Academic Honor Roll, the WBCA announced.

Assistant Director of Student-Athlete Support Services Caroline Lawrie played a major role in the team's academic success last season.

Denver's 2023-24 squad will resume summer workouts later this month before starting the fall quarter in September.
