For the first time as a new seven-team conference, the Big 12 will feature a conference schedule, pitting Denver against each of its six conference opponents during the regular season – three at home and three on the road. New Big 12 Conference members Utah, Arizona and Arizona State join existing members Denver, BYU, Iowa State and West Virginia.

Details for the 2025 Big 12 Conference Championship will be announced at a later date.

DU's non-conference schedule features just as many Power-4 opponents as its Big 12 Conference schedule. Denver will compete against teams from the SEC (Missouri, Georgia, Arkansas), the Big Ten (Michigan) and the ACC (Stanford, NC State).

When including Oregon State (still a current member of the Pac-12), every meet in Denver's regular-season schedule features at least one opponent from a Power-4(5) conference – the first time the DU gymnastics program has hit such a milestone and joining the DU ski team as the only Denver athletics programs believed to have done so in a single season.

NCAA Regionals will be held on April 2-6 at four campus sites, hosted by Alabama, Penn State, Utah and Washington.

Of DU's 16 scheduled opponents for 2025, nine joined Denver in finishing the 2024 season ranked in the top 25 nationally, and 13 also qualified for NCAA Regionals – including NCAA Nationals qualifiers Utah, Stanford and Arkansas.

In preparation for the regular season, Denver will host its annual Crimson & Gold Intrasquad, set for Sunday, December 22, at 2 p.m. MT in Magness Arena. Admission is free.

Denver returns 14 of 15 student-athletes from its 2024 roster including WCGA All-Americans in fifth-year student Rosie Casali and junior Kiley Rorich; 2024 Big 12 Event Specialist of the Year, graduate student Rylie Mundell; and 2024 Big 12 Newcomer of the Year, sophomore Madison Ulrich.

DU also welcomes freshman Sophia Hampp to the team in 2025. Hampp trained at GAGE as a Level 10 gymnast and has twice placed in the top 10 on floor at the USA Gymnastics Development Program Level 10 National Championships, including this past season.
