DENVER - The University of Denver women's golf team is tied for first place at the Ron Moore Intercollegiate at 8-under after the first round. 

The Pioneers are tied with the University of Minnesota for the top of the leader board. Colorado State rounds out the top three at 6-under. Reese McCauley, Minnesota, leads the individual field at 7-under.
