DENVER – The University of Denver men's swimming and diving program earned its second win in as many duals with a victory over Colorado Mesa on Saturday afternoon at El Pomar Natatorium.

Event-by-Event Recap:
The meet began with diving. Denver swept the podium in the men's 3-meter, led by Zyad Morsy's score of 360.60. Colin Breuer earned a 320.10 to finish second and Nathan Cox recorded a score of 301.35 to take third.

In the first individual swim of the day, the Pioneers took the top four spots in the 1000 free. Joseph Hancock led the Denver quartet with a time of 9:37.75, followed by Kieran Watson's time of 9:42.28.

Brandon Chapman picked up Denver's next win in the 200 fly, partnering with Ian O'Neil for a Denver 1-2 finish. Chapman clocked in at 1:51.60 and O'Neil recorded a time of 1:54.04.

Dylan Wright was the next Pioneer in the win column with his time of 1:48.27 to take the men's 200 back.

Marco Nosack made it back-to-back DU wins, taking the 200 breast event title with a time of 2:05.38.

Denver's distance swimmers earned another helping of points in the men's 500 free. Watson led a trio of Pioneers in the top four with the event win in a time of 4:39.51. Hancock finished second in 4:39.71 and Finn Holdredge took fourth in 4:44.04.

Hamish McLellan made it four Denver wins in a row with his time of 49.04 in the 100 fly to take the event title.

DU closed out the meet with a win in the 200 free relay. Frank Tirone, Luke Milburn, McLellan and Chapman combined for a time of 1:21.80 to win the relay.
