POCATELLO, ID --The Denver women's basketball team fell, 73-61, to the Idaho State Bengals on the road Wednesday.
The Pioneers (3-4) had two players score in double figures, led by Mary Wilson, who had 15 points. Jordan Jones added 11 points and eight rebounds and Angelina Robles added nine points.
The Denver offense made hay from beyond the arc, pouring in nine threes on 21 attempts. Wilson hit five treys for the Pioneers in the contest.
Denver forced 14 Idaho State turnovers. The Pioneers turned those takeaways into 14 points on the offensive end of the floor. Wilson's one steal led the way for Denver.

The Pioneers kept their comeback going, but Idaho State managed to hold on for the 73-61 win. Denver fired away from deep in the quarter, knocking down four shots to account for 12 of its 21 points.
