FAIRFAX, Calif. - The University of Denver women's golf team shot 7-over 583 in the first two rounds of the Juli Inkster Invitational to put them in fifth place with 18 holes remaining.
After two rounds, Stanford is a top the leaderboard at 13-under, followed by Washington at 10-under and Southern California rounds out the top-3 at 6-under.
Anna Zanusso leads the Pioneers in seventh place after carding a 69 in the second round.
Clara Gestsdottir also recorded a strong second round, carding a 68, to move into a tie for 15th.
Anna Krekling and Katy Drocarova are tied for 42nd at 5-over.
Emma Bryant rounds out the Pioneer lineup at 14-over and tied for 71st.
