PAWLEYS ISLAND, S.C. - The Denver men's golf team is tied for sixth at 1-over after the first round of play at the Golfweek/AGT Intercollegiate.

Valparaiso leads the field at 12-under followed by Kansas City at 7-under and North Alabama 5-under. Caleb VanArragon, Valparaiso, and Lucas Dutartre, Kansas City, both shot a 66 in the first round and are tied for first.
