MAYETTA, Kansas - The University of Denver women's golf team won its fifth consecutive Summit League title on Tuesday afternoon at the Firekeeper Golf Course in Mayetta, Kansas.
The Pioneers earned the victory in a dominating fashion, shooting 14 under, followed by Oral Roberts in second at 28-over and St. Thomas and South Dakota State rounding out the podium at 44-over.
All five Pioneers finished in the top-10 on the individual leaderboard, with
Clara Gestsdottir shooting a career low, 66, in the final round to claim the title.
