NAPA, Calif. - The University of Denver women's golf team is tied for eighth at 7-over after 18-holes of the Chevron Silverado Showdown.

The Pioneers:
T11 Anna Zanusso (-1) 71
T35 Clara Gestsdottir (+2) 74
T47 Katarina Drocarova (+3) 75
T47 Anna Krekling (+3) 75
T65 Emma Bryant (+5) 77

Southern California has the team lead at 6-under, followed by Northwestern at 2-under and Pepperdine closing out the top three at 1-under. Dianna Lee of Northwestern holds the individual lead at 5-under.

The second round of play will tee off tomorrow morning at Silverado Resort and Spa in Napa, California.
