SIOUX FALLS, S.D. -  University of Denver senior men's diver Zyad Morsy and sophomore women's swimmer Sabrina Rachjaibun have been named Kwik Star Summit League Peak Performers of the Week, the league office announced on Tuesday.
 
On the opening day of the 2025 Cal Diving Invite, Zyad Morsy took seventh in the 1-meter prelims and sixth in the 1-meter finals with scores of 307.85 and 322.40, both NCAA Zone Cuts. In the 3-meter at the invite, Morsy finished 11^th in the prelims (312.55) and took eighth in the finals with an NCAA Zone Cut score of 334.40.
 
Rachjaibun and the Pioneer swimmers began the week at Utah. The Denver sophomore won the 200 fly with a time of 2:06.15 before taking second in the 500 free with a time of 5:07.39. In Denver's dual at BYU on Saturday, Rachjaibun won the 200 fly once more, this time in 2:01.83. Rachjaibun earned her third event win of the weekend with a victory in the women's 500 free with a time of 4:59.54.
 
UP NEXT: Denver's divers will be back in action at the 2025 Air Force Diving Invite from Thursday, January 30 through Saturday, February 1. The Pioneer swimmers will be back in action on Saturday, February 1, when Denver travels to Colorado Springs for the annual Sprint Eliminator meet with Air Force.
