DENVER – The University of Denver men's and women's swimming and diving programs have named
Nathan Cox a skill instruction diving coach, diving head coach
Aaron D'Addario announced on Monday.
"I'm excited to have Nathan join our staff, D'Addario said. "His positive attitude and knowledge of diving are superb. He was an excellent leader and diver for our team in the past four years. He will bring immense energy and insight to this year's diving team."
In his time as a diver at Denver, Cox finished second in the 3-meter and helped the Pioneers claim the diving team event title at the 2025 Summit League Swimming and Diving Championships. Cox was a two-time Zone E Championship qualifier, reaching the postseason in his final two years with the program. The two-time Summit League Peak Performer of the Week was a two-time captain for the Pioneers, and won a myriad of team awards, including being a two-time recipient of the Hardest Worker Award.
Cox graduated with a Bachelor's degree in environmental science with a minor in sustainability.
