DENVER - The University of Denver men's golf program has signed Arthur Akpinar to join the Pioneers beginning in the 2025-26 season, Coach Gary Bissell announced on Monday. 

Akpinar has a World Amateur Golf Ranking of 534 and named the best U18 German Player in 2024. The Berlin, Germany native earned wins at the Golf Data 24 Open, Hanseatic International Open and the German Junior Championship.
