DENVER - The University of Denver women's basketball program has signed forward Paula Oliva Gomez for the 2025-26 campaign, head coach
Doshia Woods announced on Thursday.
"We are beyond excited to welcome Paula to our Pioneer family," Woods said. "She is a versatile player who can play multiple positions for us. and is capable of impacting the game with her ability to score or defensively with her length and strength. She will be a great addition to our program, and we are looking forward to her joining the Pios."
The Salamanca, Spain native played for EuroleagueWoman with Club C.B. Avenida and has won Spanish national championships in both 5x5 and 3x3. She led her team to a first place Cyl Championship in 2021 and was the top scorer in the event.Â

A Salamanca, Spain native ... plans to study biochemistry ... enjoys playing volleyball and tennis and doing puzzles in her free time.
