DENVER – The University of Denver men's basketball program has added redshirt-freshman guard Corleone Dandridge to the 2025-26 roster, newly hired head coach Tim Bergstraser announced on Wednesday.
"I'm very excited to bring Cody with us after seeing his development over this last year in person," Bergstraser said. "As a guard he has great size and athleticism on top of being a very mobile shooter. He's really evolved his game to score in multiple ways. Cody also takes a lot of pride in doing the little things on the defensive end that go into winning."
Dandridge redshirted in his freshman campaign at Minnesota State Moorhead after an AAU prep career that saw him play for teams in both Dallas and Milwaukee. He calls Milwaukee, Wisconsin, home now, but played 33 games for Sunrise Christian Academy in Bel Aire, Kansas, in the final season of his prep career. Dandridge averaged nine points and five rebounds, while shooting 38% from behind the arc and 80% from the free-throw line.
Dandridge is the fourth new Pioneer to join Bergstraser from MSUM, joining Shaun Wysocki, Carson Johnson and Logan Kinsey, who were announced earlier this month.
