Second Annual Girls in the Game Set for Saturday

DU’s Hamilton Gymnasium will host the free event in partnership with CBS Colorado designed to encourage, inspire and empower girls on and off the field

DENVER – The University of Denver athletic department and partner CBS Colorado will team up once again on August 16 for the Second Annual Girls in the Game event in Hamilton Gymnasium. The event, which is designed to encourage and inspire girls to consider a career in sports, will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. MT at the Daniel L. Ritchie Center for Sports and Wellness.
