DENVER – University of Denver women's swimmer
Peyton Mullowney finished 10
th in the 200 breast at the 2025 Bell Canadian Swimming Trials at Victoria Saanich Commonwealth Place.
In the prelims, Mullowney finished 10
th in a 54 swimmer field with a time of 2:36.62. That evening, Mullowney finished second in the B-Final to take 10
th overall with a 2:37.09.
The breaststroke and IM swimmer recently completed her fourth season with the Pios in 2025. Mullowney earned All-Summit League honors in the 100 breast and 200 breast in 2025, finishing third in the 100 and second in the 200 at the championships in February. She also finished fourth in the 400 IM to round-out her championship.
Mullowney is the sixth-best 200 breast swimmer in program history, clocking in at 2:13.53 in the 200 breast finals at the Summit League Championships.
