ADVISORY: Magness Arena Parking and Construction Updates

Important information to help fans transition into the 2026-27 hockey season
DENVER – The University of Denver Athletic Department is eager to welcome fans back to Magness Arena this month, home to your 11-time national champion hockey program. As guests prepare for game day, offerings have evolved to enhance the overall game day experience. We invite fans to familiarize themselves with updated parking and access information before arriving on campus.
NEW PARKING INFORMATION:
LICENSE PLATE TECHNOLOGY
The University of Denver has transitioned to a license plate reader system in all campus parking lots. After selecting your preferred parking lot, you will be asked to scan a QR code and enter your license plate number as part of the checkout process. Parking enforcement on game nights will be based on license plate number.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Credit or debit card payment is strongly encouraged and the preferred method for all game day parking. Parking rates are as follows:
PRE-PURCHASE PARKING
Save time on game day by purchasing your parking pass in advance. For a convenient parking experience, parking for Lots C, L and 108 can be purchased online prior to your arrival. Click here to secure.
SEASON TICKET HOLDER PARKING
Season ticket holders will have the opportunity to update the license plate of the vehicle they are taking to Magness Arena using the confirmation link provided at registration. For assistance, please email parking@du.edu.

BUCHTEL/UNIVERSITY BLVD CONSTRUCTION UPDATES:
Buchtel Construction Project Update: With Buchtel under construction until late 2027, direct access to Lot 108 from University Blvd., is closed. To enter Lot 108 from University Blvd, go east on Asbury Ave., to S Josephine St. northbound.
