Last season, Denver traveled to No. 4 Oklahoma for the first round of the NCAA tournament, falling to the Sooners, 0-4.

DU also advanced out of the first round in 2008 with a 4-0 sweep of Long Beach State.

DENVER'S HISTORY AGAINST THE FIELD:
Arizona State: This will be the fourth meeting between Denver and Arizona State and the second this season alone. The two teams met on February 21 as part of a tournament hosted by the University of Arizona, which saw ASU post a 4-0 sweep over DU. Denver's last trip to ASU was a competitive affair with DU narrowly dropping a 3-4 result to the Sun Devils on April 7, 2019.

UCLA: DU and UCLA have met just once previously, a 4-0 sweep for UCLA at home on May 10, 2008.

San Diego State: There have been two previous meetings between Denver and San Diego State, both going to SDSU. Most recently, the Aztecs came away with a 4-2 win over DU at home on February 9, 2025.
