All-WAC First Team... Preseason All-WAC Team selection… NKU Invitational All-Tournament Team… Started and played in all 28 matches... Led the team with 3.61 kps... Totaled a team high 361 kills... Achieved double-digit kills 16 times...Season-high 23 kills on Sept. 9 vs BGSU and Oct. 21 at Utah Valley... Nine double-doubles including a 18-kill, 10-dig performance versus Loyola Chicago (Aug. 25th), a 22-kill, 13-dig outing versus Northern Kentucky (Sept. 8), a 23-kill, 11-dig outing versus BGSU (Sept. 9), a 19-kill, 10-dig performance versus Eastern Kentucky (Sept. 12), a 14-kill, 11-dig performance versus Montana (Sept.15), a 14-kill, 12-dig performance versus UTGRV (Oct. 7), a 23-kill, 15-dig outing versus Grand Canyon (Oct. 21), a 22-kill, 10-dig performance versus CSU Bakersfield (Oct. 26) and a 21-kill, 11-dig performance (Nov. 2).

2016 (AT SEATTLE) 
WAC Freshman of the Year... WAC All-Freshman Team... Tied for the team lead with 3.32 kps... totaled a team-high 325 kills... also led the team with 44 aces (0.45 per set)... added 1.81 dps and 0.39 bps... achieved double-digit kills 19 times, including 10 straight matches to end the season... career-high 30 kills on Oct. 27 at Chicago State... five double-doubles including a 10-kill, 14-dig performance at UTRGV (Sept. 24), a 12-kill, 10-dig outing versus UMKC (Sept. 29), a 26-kill, 13-dig outing versus UTRGV (Oct. 20), a 30-kill, 13-dig performance at Chicago State (Oct. 27) and a 15-kill, 10-dig outpout versus CSU Bakersfield (Nov. 17)... 

PERSONAL/CLUB: 
Katarina Marinkovic was born in Belgrade, Serbia ... She has been a member of the Serbian National Team for four years, a team which placed first in the European Championships.
