Honors and Awards:
Summit League All-Newcomer Team...Summit League Offensive Player of the Week.

2015:
Made 13 appearances starting in two matches… Scored two goals, both game winners against IPFW (11/7) and Western Illinois (9/26).

Before Denver:
Played four seasons for the Columbus Crew Academy...Played four seasons for the Dynamo club team...Also played his club soccer for Hilliard FC.

Personal:
Born on January 24, 1997 in Worthington, Ohio...Son of Frank and Fill Carsonie...Has two siblings, Alex and Haley...Chose DU because the University of Denver he feels like it’s a program where he can develop on the field, and the academics level suited him...Also recruited by Michigan State, Cincinnati and Xavier.

Franks on Carsonie:
The first time I saw Frankie play, I was amazed with his sublime technique and touch.  Comfortable with both feet, Frankie possesses great passing range and ability to play in combination.  His awareness and technique should allow him to adjust to the pace of college soccer and fit into our system well.  The confidence and willingness to be on the ball is something that we will always ask of him. 

James Fields on Carsonie:
Frankie Carsonie has been with the Columbus Crew SC Academy since U14, he is an extremely talented, creative and gifted player. At heart he is an attacking midfield player, although his versatility allows him to play many other attacking positions and roles. Frankie is a very intelligent and well-mannered young man with a very bright future. I have no doubt that Frankie will achieve all he sets out too, with his hard work and determination to succeed.
