2017-18: 
Part of a 400 medley relay that finished second at the CSCAA Invitational with a 3:15.00…Member of a Denver 200 free relay that finished first at the CSCAA Invitational with a 1:20.57…Part of a quartet that finished third in the 400 free relay at the CSCAA Invitational with a 2:58.99…Earned an NCAA B Standard in the 200 free (1:37.57)…Took first place in the 200 free relay three times, won the 400 free relay twice and won the 800 free relay once. 

2016-17:
Participated in 14 meets…Fifth-best Denver time in the 100 Free, touching at 45.17 at the Summit League Championships (2/18)…Sixth-best Denver time in the 200 free, finishing with a 1:38.23 at the Summit League Championships.

Before Denver:
YMCA National Champion with the Wilton Y Wahoos...Fastest time in the 50 (23.38) and 100 (51.46) freestyle splits and also won the 50 free event with a time of 20.33.

Personal:
Son of Chris Sykes and the younger brother of Eleanor (23) and Lydia (21)...Chose to attend DU because he really liked the coaching staff and swim team, and believes Denver can offer incredible opportunities both in and out of the water.
