2024-25 (FRESHMAN):
Missed the entire non-conference portion of the season due to a lower body injury…Played in Denver’s final 17 games, starting 16 of them…Averaged 17.4 minutes per game, while scoring 4.4 points and pulling in 4.6 rebounds per contest…Distributed nine assists, had 11 steals and a team-high 21 blocked shots...Finished in double figures three times in his 17-game freshman campaign…Finished a game-winning dunk with 1.1 seconds left to break a 68-68 tie at Oral Roberts…Finished in double figures in back-to-back wins over Oral Roberts and Kansas City to end January.

Averaged 10.7 points and 10.3 rebounds per game his senior season ... 2023 Victory Christian Center MVP ... SPAA All- Conference Selection in 2022-23

Hopes to play in the NBA or work for a technology company...Also enjoys soccer.

FANTA KABBA ON WHY HE CHOSE DENVER: 
Chose the University of Denver because of its robust academic and athletic programs as well as relationship he quickly developed with the staff that he believes will help foster his growth in both areas. 

WULBRUN ON FANTA KABBA:
"Kabba is seven feet tall, and an excellent athlete with a 7'5" wingspan. He runs the floor extremely well and has exceptional skills for a player his size. He is an elite level rim protector and lob threat with his size and length. I believe he will be a defensive force at our level, which will be complemented by our ability to put pressure on the perimeter this season with our guards. Offensively, he has great touch, good handles and I believe will be able to score in a variety of ways. I believe he will impact our team in a very positive way this season. Kabba has tremendous character, integrity and humility and will be a perfect fit for our culture."
