Kelsey Harbison was named Director of Hockey Operations on Sept. 12, 2018 after one season as the Sports Program Assistant, overseeing finances for the Pioneers’ men’s hockey, women’s basketball, men’s and women’s lacrosse and men’s and women’s soccer programs. During her tenure with the hockey program, Harbison has assisted with the preparation of video, organization and analysis of on-ice statistics and coordination of team travel/events. In the summer of 2019, Harbison was selected to join the video staff at the USA Hockey Women’s Festival. 

Prior to coming to Denver, Harbison served as the Chief Operations Officer for the Colorado State men’s ice hockey team where she oversaw team travel, game-day operations and statistics for the program. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State in 2017. At the time of her hire, Harbison was only the third active female director of hockey operations for a Division I college hockey program.
