• Played in three of the Pioneers 20 games, seeing action in 95 minutes.
• Helped factor into two of DU[apos]s Division I school record 11 shutouts.
• Helped Denver set new Division I school records in consecutive shutouts (5), consecutive scoreless minutes (584), single-season wins (13) and consecutive unbeaten matches (15).

2012:

• Did not play.

2011 (UC Irvine):

• Sat out as a redshirt.

High School:

• Played two seasons for Oaks Christian High School.
• Named one of five 2008 CaliHi All-State Freshman of the Year finalists.
• Won the 2008 CIF Division V Championship.
• Earned 2008 LA84 Foundation First Team honors.

Club Soccer:

• Helped CalSouth ODP win the National Championship in 2009, as well as Region IV titles in 2008 and 2009.
• Played nine seasons with Real So Cal.
• Won the 2012 USL Super-20 Pacific Southern California championship.
• Qualified for the 2012 Cal South U-18 National Cup Semifinals.
• Captained the squad for two seasons.

Personal:

• Born August 10, 1993 in Westlake Village, Calif.
• Son of Jim and Katrina Thompson.
• Has two brothers, Trevor and Kevin.
• Chose DU because of the positive atmosphere of the soccer program, the high academic standard and the proximity to the city.
• Also was recruited by St. Mary[apos]s, Richmond, Yale and Cal State Bakersfield.
• Hopes to one day be involved in a career involving criminology.
• Criminology major.
