Biography
2024-25 AT OHIO STATE:
Swam in nine meets as a freshman…Finished fifth in the 100 back at the Ohio State Winter Invite with a time of 49.46…Placed seventh in the 100 back (50.33) at the Tim Welsh Classic.
BEFORE OHIO STATE:
Three-time relay state champion…Second Team All-State selection in the 100 back…NICSA All-American in the 100 back…Holds IHSA state records in the 200 medley relay and 200 free relay…Won back-to-back state championships with his team in 2023 and 2024…Summer Junior Nationals qualifier…Swam club for Hinsdale Swim Club and holds the 200 medley relay record.
PERSONAL:
Chose the University of Denver because he believes he’ll have the best possible care and culture in a sport as tough as swimming, giving him the best opportunity to succeed…Father was a dual sport athlete in football and track and field at Illinois…Also enjoys drawing.
