2018-19 CSCAA National Invitational:
Finished 26^th in the 100 fly (55.69) and 19^th in the 100 free (51.40)…Part of a relay that finished third in the 400 free relay (3:21.59) and second in the 800 free relay (7:17.32).

2018-19 Summit League Championships:
Part of Denver’s win in the 200 free relay (1:30.90) and the Pioneers win in the 400 free relay (3:21.51)…Took fourth in the 100 fly (55.40), fifth in the 50 free (23.39) and second in the 100 free (50.34).

2018-19 Regular Season Team Rankings:
Third on the team in the 50 free with a 23.25…Third on the team in the 100 free with a 50.34 at the Summit League Championships…Fifth on the team in the 100 fly with a 55.40 at the Summit League….

2018-19 Regular Season Event Wins:
Won the 200 free relay three times and the 400 free relay once.

2017-18: 
Took first place in the 200 medley relay once. Turned in a time of 20.36 in the 50 free for the fifth-fastest time on the team at the Summit League Championships…Tied for the fifth-fastest time on the team in the 100 free at 50.67 at the Tennessee Invitational… Swam the eighth-fastest time on the team in the 200 free with a 1.50.82 at the Tennessee Invitational.

2016-17:
Saw action in 13 meets in the campaign…Swam the fifth-fastest time in the 50 free for the program this year with a 23.77 at the Summit League Championship…Also turned in the fourth-fastest time in the 100 free with a 51.08…Touched in 1:51.25 in the 200 free, the program’s seventh-best time in the season.

Before Denver:
Three-time member of All-Minnesota Team and member of three-time high school state championships team, including the team he captained in 2015…Two-time All-Conference selection…2015 Academic All-America selection…In 2014, was part of the 400 free relay team that broke the Wayzata High School record…In 2015, finished fourth at the state meet in the 200 free and eighth in the 100 free.

Born May 10, 1998 in Minneapolis, Minn…Daughter of Brent and Michelle Lingen…Has two siblings Brandon and Hannah…Chose the University of Denver because the university is academically challenging, student focused and has a competitive swim team that seems like a great fit…Enjoys skiing, tubing and wakeboarding.
