Nicki Cutler was named University of Denver women[apos]s golf assistant coach in July, 2014, following the transition of former assistant Erik Billinger to the men[apos]s team.

In her four seasons at Princeton, Cutler guided the Tigers to three top-three finishes at the Ivy League Championships, finishing runner-up in both 2013 and 2014. Cutler coached 2014 alumnae Kelly Shon, who was a two-time Ivy League Player of the Year, and became the second player in Ivy League history to play in the NCAA Championships, when she qualified in 2013.

Cutler finished her collegiate career at Vanderbilt in 2003, before playing on the LPGA Tour in 2005 and the Duramed Futures Tour in 2005 and 2006. The Denver native then returned to her alma mater where she spend three seasons as an assistant coach, before transitioning to Princeton in the summer of 2010.

Cutler was a standout junior golfer in the state of Colorado, while playing at Kent Denver and Cherry Creek High School. Kuhle and Cutler competed against eachother in junior and college golf tournaments, playing at Tulane and Vanderbilt, respectively.
