Chose the University of Denver because she loved the soccer team's culture and the feeling she got when she stepped on campus, adding that the team and coaching staff felt like family and that DU was a place she could see herself at for four years...intends to study biology...volunteered at City SC soccer clinics and programs...was a junior counselor for Beach Kids, a summer camp that teaches elementary school kids the importance of water safety...was a peer tutor at local elementary schools while in high school, as well as for her high school's special needs classes...
